National Healthcare Group eyes digital records for community care

Singapore’s National Healthcare Group (NHG) has partnered with Accredify to launch a digital platform that simplifies health programme management for its community care partners. The NHG Cares Partners Portal enables real-time tracking of programmes, potential introduction of digital healthcare records, and access to anonymised population health data for tailored community programmes. The portal also allows issuance of e-certificates for self-health management.
