New Android Banking Malware Pose as Government App

Cybercriminals are developing ASMCrypt, a malware resembling the DoubleFinger loader, as well as new versions of Lumma stealer and Zanubis Android banking malware. ASMCrypt disguises as a legitimate application or Apple QuickTime, then injects payloads into a process. Lumma steals crypto wallet data and Zanubis targets financial and cryptocurrency users in Peru, masquerading as legitimate Android apps.
