New Pierogi++ Malware by Gaza Cyber Gang Targeting Palestinian Entities

The Gaza Cyber Gang, a pro-Hamas group, is targeting Palestinian entities with an updated version of a backdoor malware, Pierogi++. The group has been active since at least 2012, focusing on targets in the Middle East, and has developed its malware to guarantee successful target compromise and ensure network access. It is thought to be a composite of several sub-groups and is reported to have been consolidating since 2018.
