Security company Armis has found that connected devices used in medical and healthcare environments, or the “Internet of Medical Things” (IoMT), are the most likely to have unpatched, weaponized vulnerabilities. The assets with the highest attack attempts are operational technology (OT) assets. Top vulnerable assets include media writers, infusion pumps, IP cameras, and switches, and top attacked devices include engineering and imaging workstations, media players, and servers.
