NHS cyber attack data taken from Synnovis system, provider confirms
Russian hacking group Qilin allegedly cyber-attacked Synnovis, the blood test management service for UK’s National Health Service (NHS), causing hundreds of operations and appointments to be cancelled. The data was released online, and it may take some weeks to figure out the extent of the breach. According to the BBC, almost 400GB of patient data was shared on the darknet site and Telegram.
