NHS cyber attack data taken from Synnovis system, provider confirms

Data from a cyber attack on NHS provider Synnovis has been published online by the suspected Russian group, Qilin. Synnovis, who manages blood tests for the NHS, confirmed patient data, including names, dates of birth, and test descriptions, were stolen. NHS England said no full database was published, but it could take weeks to understand the full impact. Hundreds of operations and appointments have been canceled since the attack.
