NHS cyber-attack: Ealing Hospital among those hit by ransomware attack

The London North West Healthcare NHS Trust confirmed it was hit by the recent global ransomware attack, with a virus identified in three PCs and two servers. IT systems at four hospital sites have been shut down as a precaution, with some services resorting to paper-based systems. The incident is part of a cyber-attack in which 20% of NHS Trusts across the UK have been affected.
