NHS D&G confirms patient data published following cyber attack

NHS Dumfries and Galloway reported that a ransomware group published patient data following a recent cyber attack. The group claims to have 3TB of data from NHS Scotland. The health board is working with police and cybersecurity agencies and preparing to contact patients affected by the breach. They have also established a web page for updates related to the hack.
