NHS Digital signs deal with Microsoft to boost protection against cyber attacks

UK’s health service agency, NHS Digital, has signed a deal with Microsoft to provide greater protection to the health system against cyber attacks. The move follows the WannaCry ransomware attack that hit NHS and hundreds of other organisations last year. The service, which has already been deployed on 30,000 devices, is capable of detecting cyber security issues down to individual computers and other devices.
