NHS England reinforces need for better communications and business continuity

NHS England has conceded that a better communication process needs to be in place to help prevent and respond to cyber attacks. Speaking at EHI Live, Inderjit Singh, NHS England’s head of architecture, said discussions have taken place about developing local “cyber leads” and “cyber champions”. Singh and Rob Shaw, from NHS Digital, acknowledged that the communication process around cyber attacks needs improvement.
