NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde may face corporate homicide charges over the deaths of three children and an adult, including 10-year-old Milly Main, who contracted a water-based infection while receiving cancer treatment at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. This potential prosecution could be the first of its kind in Scotland. If found guilty, the health board could face an unlimited fine and individual bosses or senior staff may face prosecution.
