NHS hospitals ‘easy targets’ for Russian hackers

A report by think tank the Henry Jackson Society has stated that the UK, and particularly its hospitals, are at high risk of Russian cyber attacks. Medical technology, alongside other critical national infrastructure, lags behind cybersecurity advancements. The report warns that such attacks could reroute ambulances and disable hospital systems, and that the UK’s stance in the war makes it one of Russia’s main targets.
