NHS London data breach: 400GB leaked

A cybercrime group that recently disrupted London hospitals and published approximately 400GB of private data online has prompted discussions between the National Crime Agency (NCA) and the National Cyber Security Centre on potential retaliation. Criminal gang Qilin, suspected of Russian affiliations, targeted pathology lab Synnovis, releasing private data from 300 million NHS patient interactions and demanding a $50m ransom.
