NHS to investigate Palantir influencer campaign as possible contract breach

Palantir Technologies is under investigation by NHS England for potentially violating its contract terms. The company allegedly failed to seek necessary approval to promote its contract to operate the Federated Data Platform. It is alleged that Palantir paid social media influences via PR agency Topham Guerin and marketing agency Disrupt to disparage Good Law Project, which had criticized the company’s contract. Palantir has said that due to the project being exploratory, it didn’t need to consult NHS England.
