NHS trusts affected by cyber attack

Hospitals across the UK have been seriously impacted by the WannaCry ransomware attack, with many unable to access their computer systems. Affected hospitals include: University Hospital of Hartlepool, University Hospital of North Tees, Cumberland Infirmary, West Cumberland Hospital and Hull Royal Infirmary. Some hospitals, including Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Trust and Bedford Hospital, were not directly affected but turned off their IT systems as a precaution.
