Novant hires cyber exec from CommonSpirit

Sanjeev Sah, former SVP of IT strategy and cyber at CommonSpirit Health, has been appointed Chief Information Security Officer at Novant Health. Sah will lead efforts to improve cybersecurity, an area of increasing importance for health systems given the 128% increase in cyberattacks on the U.S. healthcare sector from 2022 to 2023.
