Old SpaceX Data Breach Back In Spotlight

SpaceX has reportedly suffered a data breach involving hacking group Hunters International, which posted samples of a previous SpaceX data breach attributed to the LockBit ransomware group. The breach allegedly involved the infiltration of a Texas-based SpaceX contractor, revealing 3,000 certified schematics. Additionally, the Cactus ransomware group is said to have targeted aerospace equipment manufacturer Aero Dynamic Machining, potentially compromising data from Boeing, SpaceX, and Airbus. However, SpaceX has not officially confirmed the breaches.
