ONC pubs Common Agreement v2.0, with regs for FHIR exchange

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT and the Sequoia Project have launched Common Agreement Version 2.0, along with new terms of participation. The updated agreement requires support for API exchange using HL7’s FHIR specification, allowing easier exchange of health data. The new terms of participation ease integration into existing data use agreements, reducing legal costs and burdens for organizations.
