Orion Library Tackles Malware Attack

Orion Township Public Library in Lake Orion, Michigan was forced to temporarily shut down due to a malware attack. Although no personal data was accessed, the incident took out systems for a weekend and incurred labor costs. The library’s Director, Chase McMunn, advised staff training in online safety to guard against these attacks.
