Outage of Advanced’s health and care solutions linked to cyber-attack

A cyber-attack has caused outages across a number of health and care systems run by business software provider, Advanced. The attack affected numerous products, including Adastra software, which is used by 85% of NHS 111 services. Advanced isolated affected environments to contain the attack and said that it will continue to work with the NHS and partners for system recovery.
