Oxford University professor warns of cyber attacks on NHS

More than 6,000 appointments and procedures at major London hospitals were postponed due to a cyber attack in June. The attack focused on outdated IT systems of the NHS. Data stolen during the ransomware attack on pathology services provider Synnovis was published online, however, it is not known who has been affected by the release.
