Panel finds Log4j bug did not lead to any “significant” attacks on critical infrastructure

A panel of US government officials and private-sector experts concluded that the Log4j internet bug did not prompt any significant attacks on critical infrastructure systems. The Cyber Safety Review Board, under the Department of Homeland Security, issued the report, but it warned the potential for breaches remains, and highlighted they have limited visibility due to a lack of requisite reporting from infrastructure owners.
