Patient data published following INC Ransom attack on NHS Dumfries and Galloway

The INC Ransom ransomware gang published a mass of stolen data from NHS Scotland’s Dumfries and Galloway service. The data, which includes children’s mental health records, was posted to a darkweb site. The health authority had earlier reported the hack, confirming data could have been compromised. The data covers a period from 2015 to 2024. NHS Dumfries and Galloway has warned its patients to be vigilant against potential scammers using the leaked data.
