Popular password managers auto-filled credentials on untrusted websites

Password managers Dashlane, Bitwarden, and Safari have been indicated to possess security shortcomings by Google researchers. The vulnerabilities allowed the managers to auto-fill credentials on untrusted pages without requiring a master password. Since being notified of the vulnerabilities, Dashlane and Bitwarden have updated their software, although Dashlane does not believe the issue poses a security threat. There’s no confirmation regarding a fix for Safari alongside this.
