Qilin ransomware gang linked to attack on London hospitals

Synnovis, a pathology services provider, suffered a ransomware attack that disrupted several major NHS hospitals in London. The Qilin ransomware operation is likely responsible for the incident, according to Ciaran Martin, CEO of the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre. This has led to Synnovis being locked out of its systems, causing service disruptions and impacting various primary care providers across south-east London.
