The Qilin ransomware gang attacked Synnovis, a key lab service provider for NHS hospitals, stealing and releasing sensitive data after a failed $50 million ransom demand. The attack greatly impacted healthcare services, causing over 3,000 hospital and GP appointments to be cancelled.
