Quest Diagnostics: Medical info of 11.9M compromised in breach

A data breach at Quest Diagnostics has exposed the data of 11.9 million patients. An unauthorized user accessed a system connected to data from Quest through an outsourced vendor. The breach occurred between August 2018 and March 2019, with sensitive information such as credit card numbers and Social Security numbers potentially compromised. Quest and Optum360 are investigating the incident.
