Ransomware Attack On Barcelona Hospital

The Hospital Clinic de Barcelona in Spain has fallen victim to a ransomware attack, leading to the cancellation of 150 non-urgent operations and up to 3,000 patient checkups. The attack disrupted the hospital’s computer systems, affecting its laboratories, emergency room and pharmacy. Authorities believe the attack was orchestrated by a group called ‘Ransom House’ from outside Spain.
