Ransomware gang publishes stolen Florida Dept. of Health data on dark web

The Florida Department of Health (DOH) has been hacked by a ransomware gang who say they have published stolen data on the dark web. The data includes personal information such as dates of birth and social security numbers. The Department has had to revert to manual processing of birth and death certificates while the system is down. Cybersecurity experts recommend those potentially impacted freeze their credit, change their passwords, and monitor their health or insurance information for unusual activity.
