Report: Kenya anticipates rising corporate security threats in 2024

Kenya faces one of the world’s highest rates of corporate security threats, including both physical and cyber attacks, according to a report by G4S. The study, based on a survey of Chief Security Officers in 30 countries, shows that companies in Kenya are more concerned about hacking, spying and internal misuse of company data at a rate of 63%, compared to a global average of 50%. To counter these threats, 69% of Kenyan officers will employ biometrics and facial recognition over the next five years.
