Researchers Uncover 10 Flaws in Google’s File Transfer Tool Quick Share

Google’s Quick Share utility for Android and Windows has ten security flaws that could enable remote code execution on systems with the utility installed. The vulnerabilities include six denial-of-service (DoS) flaws, two unauthorized file write bugs for Android and Windows, one directory traversal, and one forced Wi-Fi connection issue. The weaknesses have been addressed in Quick Share version 1.0.1724.0 and later.
