Risch, Manchin Introduce Legislation to Enhance Cyber Security for America’s Energy Sector – Press Releases

U.S. Senators Jim Rich and Joe Manchin have introduced the Energy Threat Analysis Center Establishment Act to enhance cyber security in the nation’s energy sector. The legislation permits the Department of Energy’s Energy Threat Analysis Center to coordinate threat assessments and mitigation measures with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, intelligence community, and private industries.
