Users have complained about phantom virus exposure alerts from the NHS COVID-19 app. It was confirmed these messages were default notifications from Apple and Google and users have been told to ignore them. Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own apps and haven’t experienced the issue. Eight Greater Manchester NHS trusts have partnered with Sectra to access medical imaging technology for quicker patient diagnoses.
