Roundup: Veradigm sale rumors, Meditech moves on interoperability

Following a strong financial position and reduced debt report, EHR vendor Veradigm, formerly known as Allscripts, has prompted sale rumors. Another EHR vendor, Meditech, partnered with Health Gorilla to bolster its data exchange capabilities. Meanwhile, Elevence Health and its partner, Clayton, Dubilier and Rice, have formed an integrated health platform company named Mosaic Health with the goal of enhancing clinician-patient relationships.
