Russian cyber-attack cancels Bromley GP blood tests

On June 3, medical service provider Synnovis was hit by a ransomware cyberattack, impacting all pathology services in south-east London, including some operations and procedures. It is believed that the Russian cybercriminal group “Qilin” is responsible for the attack. Despite the situation, emergency services remain available and patients are urged to keep their appointments unless notified otherwise.
