Russian cyber criminals forced the cancellation of major surgeries and blood transfusions at several London hospitals, via a ransomware attack. The attack led to a sharp reduction in operational capacity. According to the former CEO of the National Cyber Security Centre, Ciaran Martin, the cyber criminals are a Russian group named Qilin.
