SandboxAQ Taps Nvidia to Boost its Quantitative AI for Drug Discovery, Other Industries

SandboxAQ is collaborating with Nvidia to combine its large quantitative models (LQMs) with Nvidia’s CUDA-accelerated Density Matrix Renormalization Group algorithm in artificial intelligence (AI) simulation. The technology will support computational chemistry applications in various industries, including biopharma. The company claims speeds of over 80 times compared to typical central processing units and plans to work on modelling catalysts to penetrate the blood-brain barrier.
