Scots patients’ personal data stolen in major NHS cyber attack shared on dark web by hackers

A ransomware group has published a large volume of data, including patient and staff information, stolen from NHS Dumfries and Galloway during a cyber attack in late February. The health board has set up a helpline for concerned individuals and is working with law enforcement and other agencies in an ongoing investigation. Data has been published on the dark web.
