Second major Toronto hospital experiences ‘Code Grey’

Toronto’s University Health Network (UHN) experienced an IT outage affecting its digital systems, just days after SickKids overcame a ransomware attack. UHN, one of Canada’s largest health systems, assured patients that there had been no breach of patient data and that the outage was due to internal network issues.
