Separate health data breaches hit Onix Group, others

Separate healthcare data breaches have been reported by management service provider Onix Group, Maimonides Medical Center, and global IT services firm iSpace. The breaches have collectively impacted almost 400,000 individuals, with leaked data including names, social security numbers, addresses, health information, and in some cases, clinical, billing, and scheduling data. The breaches were a result of various cyber attacks and unauthorized network access.
