Singapore developing digital platform for mental health care integration, coordination, data sharing

Singapore’s Ministry of Health Office for Healthcare Transformation is developing a digital platform called Digital Mental Health Connect. The platform will integrate mental health support services of over 450 healthcare and social service agencies for seamless patient referral based on their needs and risk levels. The initiative is part of an overarching strategy to help early detection and intervention for mental health issues, promoting mental wellbeing, and improving workplace mental health.
