SMBs Must Report Ransom Payments in 24 Hours: CISA – Channel E2E

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has mandated that small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) must report any ransom payments within 24 hours. This is to help combat the growing threat of ransomware attacks and improve cybersecurity measures within SMBs. Failure to comply could result in penalties or other consequences.
