Supply Chain Attack Hits NHS Ambulance Trusts

A cyber-attack on NHS supplier Ortivus has disrupted electronic patient records for two ambulance trusts in the UK. While no patients were directly affected, the quality of care could potentially suffer due to the loss of access to these records. Ortivus is currently working to restore systems and recover data. The affected trusts serve approximately 12 million people.
