Supreme Court declines to restore Oklahoma federal family planning funds in abortion fight

The US Supreme Court has refused to reinstate around $4.5m of federal funding for family planning services in Oklahoma. The Biden administration had rescinded the funds after the state declined to offer a hotline providing information on abortion. Three of the nine Justices said they would have granted Oklahoma’s request for funds.
