Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) experienced a significant data breach revealed on March 31, 2023, where sensitive patient information was acquired by an unauthorized party. Information included names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and medical records. Notification letters have been issued to affected individuals.
