The Aggregate IQ Files, Part One: How a Political Engineering Firm Exposed Their Code Base

The UpGuard Cyber Team discovered a data leak exposing the IT assets of Canadian data analytics firm, AggregateIQ. The database of codes and other elements could have targeted and influenced a global audience via channels such as Facebook ads and email. Notably, the Canadian firm worked for Cambridge Analytica. Assistant applications revealed they were developed for Senator Ted Cruz’s failed 2016 presidential bid.
