This malware uses trigonometry to stop it from being detected and blocked

A new variant of Lumma Stealer malware is using trigonometry as a stealth method. The malware calculates the angles of mouse movement to identify if it is in an antivirus sandbox, halting operations if the greater angles suggest robotic rather than human control. Cybersecurity researchers Outpost24 found this was one of several new techniques used to avoid detection by antivirus software.
