TigerText adds desktop app, looks to streamline workflow

Secure messaging platform, TigerText, has unveiled its spring 2016 release. The new desktop application includes features to improve workflow, including priority messaging and auto-forwarding. The app is self-updating and has built-in alerts to help users coordinate across care teams. Additional features have been added to the iOS and Android offerings, including a new capability called Rooms that allows users to communicate in an internal community forum. TigerText added these features based on customer feedback.
