Health systems executives are prioritizing cybersecurity investments over newer technologies like artificial intelligence and wearables, according to a survey conducted by the Center for Connected Medicine. The report found that 92% of healthcare leaders plan to increase spending on cybersecurity technology in 2018. Executives also expressed surprise that artificial intelligence was not higher on the priority list, but expect its impact to grow in the future.
