Transportation Ministry Denies Data Breach on Dark Web

A spokesperson for Indonesia’s Transportation Ministry has confirmed a recent data breach and stated that the leaked information was not from the ministry’s database. The ministry is working with the National Cyber and Encryption Agency to identify areas for security protection upgrades. The suspected old data had been advertised for sale on the dark web for $7,000.
